Warranty

We built our reputation on quality and performance.

Our ZON OPTICS sunglasses are guaranteed for a period of two years starting from the purchase date, covering all manufacturing defects. Receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.

This warranty covers only defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches or paint chipping, or for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, repairs, accidents, heat, improper maintenance or care, incorrect setup or any other irresponsible use.

ZON OPTICS is only obliged to replace or repair products that the ZON OPTICS after sales service agrees are defective.

If you think that the problem is covered by our warranty, please contact us by email at info@zonoptics.com with a description of the problem and if possible some photos of the concerned sunglasses.

All returns must be sent to ZON OPTICS Warranty Centre, freight prepaid. We will pay for the freight for return shipment.
