When will I receive my order?

We pack and ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours after ordering.

What are the shipping costs for shipments in Switzerland?

It is with pleasure that we offer you free of charge shipping within Switzerland, 2 to 5 working days!
If however you wish to receive your sunglasses by priority mail, count an additional CHF 5.-.

What are the shipping costs for international shipments?

We offer different shipping methods for Europe and the rest of the world. The cost and time depend on where you live.

What happens if I put a wrong delivery address on my order?

It happens to the best of us! If you indicated an incorrect shipping address, here’s what you can do:

If you placed your order within the last 3 hours, we can normally still change the delivery address. To make the change, send us an email at info@zonoptics.com Please include your correct address so we can update it as soon as possible.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, unfortunately we can not change anything.

Can I add items to my order?

We are not able to add items to your order once it has been placed. Please place a new one with the items you wish to order.

Do you give discounts for large quantities?

Warranty

Our ZON OPTICS sunglasses are guaranteed for a period of two years starting from the purchase date, covering all material and workmanship defects. Receipt must be provided as proof of purchase.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches or paint chipping, or for any damage caused by misuse, abuse, repairs, accidents, heat, improper maintenance or care, incorrect setup or any other irresponsible use.
